Our services, in detail

Four moving services for Florida households, all estimated in writing after a survey.

Program 01 · Surveyed, then priced

Local & in-state moves

We survey the home — in person or by video — because the garage, the attic and the shed are where estimates go wrong. The written estimate states whether it is binding or non-binding and what would change it, so the figure on the day is not a surprise.

Stage 1 · Survey

Everything, including the garage and attic.

Stage 2 · Estimate

Written, binding or non-binding, stated.

Stage 3 · Valuation

Basic versus full value, explained.

Stage 4 · Move day

Crew, timing and access confirmed.

Stage 1 · What matters

Fragiles, artwork, electronics.

Stage 2 · Honest scope

What you can reasonably do yourself.

Stage 3 · Packing

Materials supplied and itemised.

Stage 4 · Unpacking

Where you want it, if booked.

Program 02 · Or just the awkward things

Packing & unpacking

Most people do not need full packing. They need the kitchen, the artwork and the television done properly and will handle the rest. We will say which parts are worth paying for, and note that items packed by the owner are treated differently for liability than items we packed.

Program 03 · Your truck or container

Loading & unloading only

Cheaper than a full move and often all that is needed when someone is driving themselves. Loading is also where damage happens, so a crew that knows how to build a load properly is worth more than the saving on the truck hire.

Stage 1 · Scope

How much, and what access there is.

Stage 2 · Hourly rate

Stated, with a minimum if one applies.

Stage 3 · Load

Built properly so nothing shifts.

Stage 4 · Documented

Condition noted at both ends.

Stage 1 · Inventory

Taken on the way in.

Stage 2 · Stored

Charges stated up front.

Stage 3 · Redelivery

Scheduled to your new date.

Stage 4 · Checked out

Against the same inventory.

Program 04 · For the gap between dates

Short-term storage

Closing dates rarely line up. Goods are inventoried in and out so nothing quietly disappears across the gap, and the storage charge and redelivery cost are stated in the estimate rather than appearing later as a separate bill.
